Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Refunds
If a consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be provided.

Completed Services
Once a consultation session has been delivered, it is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
